The term justice (from the Latin iustitia, via semi-classical), simply concerns the equality of all citizens. It is the basic principle of an agreement that aims to maintain social order through the preservation of the rights in its legal form (constitutionality of laws) or in its application to specific cases of the company (the dispute).
The judiciary in the modern state has the task of applying the laws enacted by the Legislature. It's good democratic doctrine remain independent legislative decisions of judicial decisions, and vice versa, as a way to avoid despotism.
According to Aristotle , the term denotes justice, while legality and equality. So, just who is so fulfill the law (justice in the strict sense) as one who fulfills the equality (justice in the universal sense).
